How to make Huangshan Maofeng Green Tea
Amount of tea per serving (200 ml): 2g (half tea caddy spoon / 1 teaspoon)
Temperature of water: 80℃ / 176℉ (boil kettle, cool for 2 minutes)
Infusion time: 1 - 1.5 minutes as desired
Number of infusions: 3
How to enjoy: No milk, no sugar

Name Of Area : Yangcun Village, Huizhou Distcict ,Huangshan City , Anhui Province , China
Tea Cultivar: Huangshan Big Leaf
Plucking standard : One bud with one or two leaves although due to the growth of wild bushes the appearance is less uniform than more cultivated bushes
Method Of Processing : Hand plucked by day. Taken to the factory in the evening where the tea is spread out, fixed, shaped and then dried [baked]
