This tea is bright with a golden coppery colour, smooth malty character, robust flavour and a refreshing taste that lingers long after drinking making it an enchanting and mesmerising tea! This Assam can take milk but is best enjoyed without.

Amount of tea per cup (200 ml): 2.5g (half of one tea caddy spoon)
Temperature of water: 100℃ / 212℉
Infusion / brewing time: 3 minutes (or as desired)
Number of infusions: 1
How to enjoy: No sugar, add milk if desired

Assam Mist Tea Grade: Our Assam tea is graded Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe (TGFOP) which means that there is a high content of the young, golden tips or buds. Tips are particularly rich in the substances that create the aroma, taste and flavour of the tea. The date of plucking for this tea is the 10.05.2016
