Join us for this 1h session dedicated to the exploration of the teas of Taiwan. Michelle will guide you through the different Taiwanese teas on our menu discussing terroir, cultivar, processing and preparation. We will also talk about Tea Ware sharing stories from Michelles most recent trip to Taiwan. There will be plenty of tea to taste along with some sweet treats.
