How to make Koga San's Gyokuro 'Sato' 

Amount of tea per cup (200 ml): 5g (one tea caddy spoon)

Temperature of water: 80 C 

Infusion time: 2-3 minutes (or as desired)

Number of infusions: 2*

How to enjoy: No milk, no sugar

*Possible number of times you can re-brew using the same leaves.

In more depth....

Cultivar: Yabukita

Plucking standard: Tanagake method, which involves shutting out from the sunlight with kanreisha (butter muslin) attached to 'tana' (racks or pergola) before harvesting. Young leaves from the first harvest.
