From the Wuyi Mountains in Northwest Fujian this Rock Oolong tea is a smooth multi-dimensional rock tea with a complex aftertaste. Small leaf, Qi Lan varietal.

How to make Mr Wus Chun Zhong Qi Dan Oolong Tea with a teapot, cup or infuser

Amount of tea per cup (200ml): 5g (one tea caddy spoon) or (2 tsp) of leaf

Temperature of water: Infuse at 100 C (212F)* 

Infusion time: 1-3 minutes as desired

Number of infusions: 1

How to enjoy: No milk, no sugar

*Once brewed remove leaves

Amount of tea per cup (200ml): 5g (one tea caddy spoon) or (2 tsp) of leaf

Temperature of water: Infuse at 100 C (212F)* 

Infusion time: 1st infusion 2 minutes*

Number of infusions: Leaves can be re-infused up to 8 times. Further infusions +15 seconds

How to enjoy: No milk, no sugar

*Once brewed remove leaves
