Provenance: Mr Chen, Shibi, Chiayi County, southern Taiwan (between Shanlinxi and Alishan)

Shanlinxi Oolong Tea Grade: Shanlinxi Oolong tea is made from the Qingxin cultivar and is very lightly oxidised. It is a semi-balled oolong in appearance.

Shanlinxi Oolong Tea Flavour: The brewed liquor is a vibrant jade colour and gives mellow, floral and sweet aroma. The taste is smooth, delicate and lasting. There is a depth of flavour that develops over multiple infusions of the same leaves.

Shanlinxi Oolong is a light tea and so is great in the afternoon or as an after dinner drink.
