200ml Kokudei Tokoname yaki Chaho [茶逢 ] teapot (Sekiryū kiln)

Chaho [茶逢 ] This pouring tea pot - a hybrid of a Shiboridashi and Hohin -  is a relatively new concept and is called "茶逢 / Chaho”, translating to "meeting the best tea".  The last few drops of tea - known as the ‘golden drops’ are rich in nutrients and flavour and the design of this pot enables every last drop of flavourful tea to be squeezed out.  The piece is designed to be easy to use with one hand and easy to replace the tea leaves after use.
