Amount of tea per cup (250 ml) - 3g 

Temperature of water - 80℃ / 176℉

Infusion time - 3-5 minutes then increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.

How to enjoy - No milk, no sugar

Bao Zhong Oolong is a light tea and so is great in the afternoon or as an after dinner drink.
