In the Taiwanese tea market nurturing relationships & building networks is key to quality tea. In this class we will introduce how we source our Taiwanese teas & then lead you on a journey into the way that Taiwanese tea is affected by cultivar, terroir & processing tasting a diverse array of teas

You will receive the teas to taste in the session by post. Tea will be provided as a pre-filled tea filter for one serving of tea that you can either transfer to your teaware or enjoy in your cup [no additional teaware required]. All joining instructions will be included in the package and also via email. Please therefore book at least 3 days in advance
