Satemwa trains small holders to pluck 7 day plucking rounds. Satemwa pays a premium for the high quality leaf they buy from these small holders around Satemwa. They then make Specialty Teas from the leaves which they sell to us at Comins through Satemwa sales network. The Small Holders then get a fair price plus a share in the profit on top and for us and you the tea is traceable down to the individual small holder.
