Tamaryokucha first harvest
A single cultivar [Yabukita] Tamaryokucha : a tea specialty of Kyushu.
The leaf has a vibrant fresh aroma and in the cup it has, for us, wonderful depth (which the thick colour of the liquor hints to) fresh grassy leaf tones & umami
