SPRING TEA SCHOOL EXPLORATION : OOLONG [IN PERSON IN THE BATH TEA HOUSE]
Join us for this 1h session dedicated to the exploration of oolong tea. This is a hugely diverse category of tea in which oxidation can range from around 15% up to 80% depending on the production method. Flavours range from light, fruity and sweet to woody, strong and roasty and we will explore how terroir, tea maker and production methods influence the final profile in your cup. We will look at brewing methods and teaware choices that help you to get the most from your tea and of course taste our way through the range of fine oolong teas we hold on our menu at Comins.
