One of the great things about running your own business {talking tea in the Tea House one day, setting up a Gong Fu Tea ceremony in a field at a food festival the next} is that you come across some amazing people realising some really interesting and different ambitions.
We came across Dorshi at one such festival and immediately fell in love with their vision, ideals and of course their wonderful food. That got us to thinking. Wouldn't it be great to occasionally open up the Tea House to an evening of collaboration - pairing our fine teas with great food. So the idea for an evening of Asia via Dorset was born.
