Darjeeling Silver Needle
A rare white tea made in tiny batches. Harvested in midsummer when the silvery green buds are about to unfold. The silver velvety appearance is from the fine white pubescence on leaf bud. It is harvested very carefully to preserve the texture of each bud. The liquor is very light and subtle with delicate undertones and a crisp finish. The tea is rich in anti-oxidants with very little caffeine
