Exciting News.  At the end of October Rob is heading off to Taiwan to further understand the remarkable Taiwanese Oolongs that we currently stock and also bring new and exciting teas back to the Tea House to share with you all.  He will spend his time immersed in tea and tea culture - picking, plucking and making teas under the watchful eye of Tea Masters.  Rob also has plans to produce his own signature high mountain Oolong - let's see how that goes... On our return from the British Family Fayre we received this lovely email.  We talk to a lot of customers about making great tea more accessible but how does it feel to you when you get home with your new tea?   Here is one customers view... Yesterday, in a field near Westerham Kent, we attended the Great British Family Fayre.  The Fayre was set up by a normal British Family who want to prove that our nation still leads the world in manufacture, farming and production. There were great British brands Derwent, LUSH, MSE , King of Shaves and some new and innovative British companies like Roadil and Beulah Home .  Amongst all these was our stand showcasing our British Teaware.  The whole show was filled will passionate British companies all taking time out to share expertise, educate, answer questions and most importantly try to engage the future generation...

One of the great things about running your own business {talking tea in the Tea House one day, setting up a Gong Fu Tea ceremony in a field at a food festival the next} is that you come across some amazing people realising some really interesting and different ambitions.
